*Free cancellation is available more than 72 hours before departure.
*Cancellations made within 72 hours before departure are non-refundable.
*In the event that the tour cannot operate due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, customers will receive a full refund.

*During sightseeing, you may arrange lunch on your own or ask the guide for restaurant recommendations.

*Round-trip transportation from the meeting point
*For vehicles with 18 seats or more, a separate English-speaking guide will be arranged.
*For vehicles with fewer than 18 seats, the driver will also serve as the guide, providing explanations inside the vehicle only and not accompanying guests outside the vehicle.

*Hot spring fees, cruise fees, ropeway fees, and attraction admission tickets are not included if applicable.
*Tips for the driver and guide are not included and are optional.

*Vehicle type will be assigned based on the number of participants.
*The order of sightseeing stops may be adjusted depending on traffic conditions on the day.
*Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 21:00. The company will cover overtime charges for the driver and tour guide if needed. Itinerary adjustments, including shorter sightseeing times or canceled attractions, may occur for the same reason.
